Alice is qualified in Queensland Australia and has rich experience in a wide range of industry sectors. Her practice area focuses on the contentious aspects of projects, acting for main contractors, sub-contractors and employers in arbitration and court proceedings on oil and gas, building and other civil engineering projects.

Focusing on commercial disputes, Charles Allen is a solicitor advocate supporting clients in domestic and cross-border litigation as well as in international arbitrations across numerous jurisdictions. During the course of more than 20 years of practice in Asia, Charles has been involved in a wide range of disputes before the Hong Kong courts as well as in other jurisdictions around the region, including China, Singapore and India.

Mrs. Derya Durlu Garzumar is an attorney-at-law registered to the Istanbul Bar Association, and is the current chair of the International Bar Association’s Alternative and New Law Business Structures Committee.

 She holds LLB and LLM degrees from Bilkent University Faculty of Law, in Ankara, Turkey, and is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Neuchâtel, in Switzerland.

Adeyemi's practice consists primarily of major financial controversies and complex multi-party matters with emphasis on business, real estate, construction, e-commerce, employment, insurance, family and work place matters. Adeyemi's clients include real estate developers, contractors, publicly held companies, institutional lenders, health care providers, educational institutions, governmental agencies, insurance companies and the like. 

Elke is a German qualified lawyer focussing on international litigation and arbitration. She is partner of the German independent top 10 law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek and co-heads the law firm’s litigation and arbitration practice group since 2008.

Ghada is a PhD Candidate at the Università de Carthage focusing on International Arbitration.

Ghada currently works as a Junior Legal Advisor for the National Center for State Courts that aims to improve court administration, justice sector personnel capacity, court-citizen relations, and the fight against corruption in Tunisia. 

​She also teaches bachelor workshops in Contract Law for the Università de Carthage (faculty of law) and coaches the team for Vis Moot.

Emmy Latifah is Associate Professor in International Law Department, Faculty of Law, Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS). She has been teaching in undergraduate degree since 2006 up to now, and has been teaching post-graduate degree (Master and Doctoral degree) since 2015 until now. Both of her master and doctoral degree were in the field of international trade law (WTO law).

Ms. Grace IP Ping Ting(何葉娉婷) admitted as a solicitor of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 1999.  She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree (1995, LLB) and a Master of Laws degree in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (2016, LLM) from the University of Hong Kong (HKU).  She was also graduated from the Master of Lawsprogrammein International Economic Law (2009)and another LLM programme in International Energy and Environmental Law (2021) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).

Prior to joining the HKIAC, Eric worked for five years as a barrister-at-law in Hong Kong focusing primarily on international commercial and construction arbitrations, as well as general commercial litigation in Hong Kong, and has worked as counsel as well as tribunal secretary in several major international commercial, construction, and financial arbitrations seated around the world.

Ms. Mercy Okiro is an advocate, Accredited Mediator, Arbitrator, African Young Arbitrator 2019, Vice Chair National Construction Authority, Vice Chair KEPSA Gender Board, ERA Pledge Steering Committee Africa, R.E.A.L and Arbitrator Intelligence.

Elijah P. Rukidi-Mpuuga is an internationally recognized Arbitrator with expertise in international commercial transactions, private investment, sovereign nations, and multinational corporations in investment-treaty arbitration in addition to high stake international commercial arbitration. 

Gillian Carmichael Lemaire is dual-qualified as a Member of the Paris Bar and a solicitor (Scotland). Having started out as a litigator in Scotland, Gillian has spent most of her 35-year career in international arbitration and, more recently, mediation.
