Anselmo was a barrister in Hong Kong from July 1989. He was appointed Senior Counsel in May 2001. He became a judge of the Court of First Instance on 15 September 2003. He stepped away from the judiciary to become a practicing Arbitrator and Arbitration Advocate.

Dr. Sahdev Singh has been serving the Indian Government from past 20 years. He joined the Indian Government services immediately after qualifying the 10th class. He served as Personal Assistant, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and later on as a Section Officer in the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India.
